ABOUT

Room Type: Single Room with Ensuite
Option 1 – RAD (Lump Sum Payment)

Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD). This amount is refundable when the resident leaves the home, less any applicable deductions such as retention amounts in accordance with aged care regulations.
Option 2 – DAP (Daily Payment)

Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) is charged daily and billed monthly.

Important Note
Accommodation payments are determined under Australian Government aged care regulations. The Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) is calculated using the Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR), currently 7.65%, and may change over time.
In addition to accommodation payments, residents are also required to pay the Basic Daily Fee (BDF), which is set by the Australian Government. Depending on a resident’s financial circumstances, a Means-Tested Care Fee may also apply.
