John brings more than 20 years of strategic management experience across aged care, primary healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry. As Principal Consultant and CEO of Aged Care Advisory Service, he has extensive expertise in aged care quality, compliance and financial sustainability, including assisting more than 20 sanctioned residential aged care facilities return to compliance. His specialist industry knowledge is particularly valuable as Warramunda navigates major national aged care reforms.

Deputy Chair and Company Secretary Allan Laurie brings extensive experience in executive leadership, governance, organisational development and executive recruitment. His career has included senior international leadership roles as well as serving as CEO of Munarra Limited, the partnership behind Australia's first Indigenous university campus in Shepparton. Allan describes one of his strengths as connecting people and ideas, an important attribute as Warramunda continues building partnerships across the region.

Danielle Bond brings three decades of experience in brand, marketing and strategic communications. Her career has included senior roles with major national and international organisations, including Aurecon and ANZ, while she has also served as Global Chair of the International Association of Business Communicators. Danielle has taken a particular interest in Warramunda's culture project and brings valuable expertise as the Village strengthens its identity and community connections.

Caroline Guille brings more than 30 years of experience as a dietitian with Epworth HealthCare to the Warramunda Board. Her extensive clinical background includes involvement in nutrition research, multidisciplinary care and initiatives designed to improve the delivery of nutrition to patients. Caroline's expertise is particularly valuable in aged care, where nutrition, hydration, choice and the dining experience are fundamental to residents' health, wellbeing and quality of life. Her clinical perspective provides Warramunda with another important layer of expertise as the Village continues to strengthen the quality and range of care it provides.

Penelope "Penny" Moran brings more than four decades of nursing experience and extensive expertise in aged care clinical governance to the Warramunda Board. In recent years she has worked with aged care providers across five states, supporting governance, workforce planning, clinical leadership and continuous improvement. Penny has also co-designed a Registered Nurse leadership program supporting overseas-trained nurses entering Australian aged care. Her practical understanding of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards provides important clinical expertise as Warramunda continues to grow while maintaining its focus on safe, dignified and person-centred care.

Alison Hunter provides an invaluable connection between Warramunda's past and its future. A Kyabram local, Alison has served Warramunda since 1993 and played a central role in its transition from the former Committee of Management structure to today's skills-based Board. Her longstanding involvement in the Kyabram community and extraordinary knowledge of Warramunda provide important continuity as the Village enters the largest period of development in its history.

As Chair of Warramunda's Audit, Investment and Risk Committee, Sujeet Jena brings significant financial and governance expertise to the Board. He is Chief Financial Officer of the National Institute of Dramatic Art and has extensive experience across financial management, philanthropy and commercial operations. His Board experience in the not-for-profit sector adds further strength to Warramunda's financial oversight and long-term planning.

Senior commercial lawyer Tina Leonard provides the Board with expertise across law, technology, media, telecommunications and corporate governance. She is General Counsel and Head of Commercial at digital business consulting firm DB Results and has previous Board and Chair experience with Destination Melbourne. Her legal and commercial perspective provides important expertise as Warramunda operates in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.

He brings the born and bred status to the board, having liked in Kyabram all his life. He has more than 25 years of experience in building design, planning and community leadership, together with a longstanding commitment to Kyabram. He served for a decade on the Kyabram District Health Service Board, including as Chair, and was recognised for his contribution as a Life Governor. Dale has also held a leadership role with the Kyabram Community Bank and was named the 2020 Kyabram & Campaspe Citizen of the Year. His deep understanding of the local community, combined with his professional expertise in design and development, provides an important perspective as Warramunda plans for its future.
