Important Note
Accommodation payments are determined under Australian Government aged care regulations. The Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) is calculated using the Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR), currently 8.51% as of 1st October 2026, and may change over time.
In addition to accommodation payments, residents are also required to pay the Basic Daily Fee (BDF), which is set by the Australian Government. Depending on a resident’s financial circumstances, a Means-Tested Care Fee may also apply.
